Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per the physician treatment plan.
Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes, and communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress.
Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
