Job Summary

  • Manage a critical part of building Remote’s PEO business, shaping client onboarding practices, and collaborating with a passionate, high-performing global teams.
  • Oversee complex HR, payroll, and compliance environments across multiple states and industries in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
  • Collaborate cohesively with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Product & Engineering, Tax & Payments, Finance, Benefits, Vendor Relations and other teams across the organization to provide best in-class onboarding.
