Job Summary

  • The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and administering compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans, while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and business leaders to provide market pricing, job evaluation, analytics, and insights.

Key Requirements

  • General knowledge of compensation-related compliance requirements
