Job Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and administering compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans, while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and business leaders to provide market pricing, job evaluation, analytics, and insights.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis
