  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Finite element analysis experience
  • 3D CAD package proficiency (SolidWorks/Creo/NX)
  • ASME standard drafting and review
  • Engineering PLM system experience (Teamcenter/SAP)
  • Structural design and impact assessment
  • Mentoring junior engineers

  • Experience leading small teams
  • Familiarity with MDA Core Standards
  • Mission critical system design knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for fast-paced environments
  • DOORS or CAMEO exposure
  • System integration and verification experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years experience
  • Current active US Government Secret security clearance
  • US Citizenship required for government clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Experience with MIL-STD standards application
