Job Summary

  • Support establishment of Technology Resilience plans and ensure they are exercised for business-critical assets/services to proactively identify risk and prepare resilience/contingency plan(s) to support any disaster.
  • Serve as SME for HGS Technology Resilience Compliance program and ensure adherence to Technology Resilience standard requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with the IT business leaders, educating application Service Owners about current, changing, and/or recommended requirements to support program.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree desirable
  • IT background and working knowledge
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Incident Management/Problem Process/Change Management
  • 5 years’ experience in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning
  • hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure services management
  • Demonstrate ability to manage medium to large scale projects
  • understanding of disaster recovery/ business continuity methodologies
  • Experience working with external partners/vendors, customers and data providers
