Job Summary

  • Associates are directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance and other global products and services for existing and prospective Mizuho clients.
  • Responsibilities include conducting extensive quantitative research, drafting pitch books, financial modeling, valuation, and assisting in financing structuring and client relationship development.
  • The expected base salary ranges from $175K - $225k, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus and a generous employee benefits package.
