Base: $188,000 - $282,000 CAD (Vancouver); Base: $128,000 - $192,000 CAD (Other CAN locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus plan and annual refresh stock grants

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years applied machine learning experience
  • 2+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow framework experience
  • 3+ years hosting ML models in production at scale
  • 2+ years working with Large Language Models
  • 3+ years cloud computing platform experience

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading and mentoring ML engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of statistical analysis and NLP
  • Ability to solve ambiguous open-ended problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of autonomous agent orchestration frameworks

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or equivalent
