Key Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of construction or building engineering experience
  • Trade or Maintenance License preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word and excel
  • CFC Universal Refrigerant Certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
