Lead the strategic operation and maintenance of the region’s digital building portfolio, integrating BMS, LMS, and IoT technologies into a centralized cloud platform.
Oversee the onboarding of buildings to the BOS platform, including ontology mapping, data validation, and the seamless integration of BMS and IoT devices.
Manage building ICT networks and ensure strict cyber compliance for all connected devices and digital assets, acting as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting BOS integration issues.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT
Minimum 8 years of experience
Minimum 3 years in specialized BOS/BMS/Smart Building role
Minimum 5 years professional experience in smart building technologies
Proficiency in BOS technology stack
Strong knowledge of BMS, HVAC, Lighting Control Systems
Experience with data mapping and visualization tools
Proven project and vendor management experience
Understanding of cybersecurity principles for OT/IoT
