Job Summary

  • The purpose of this leadership position is to orchestrate New Product Introduction for Hips across the end-to-end supply chain in order to achieve committed launch dates and an efficient and sustainable supply chain for the lifecycle of a product in alignment with the Product Value Streams.
  • The Director Product Management will be responsible for introducing new products that make ‘supply chain sense’, on-time, cost, quality and service level, and influencing key product development attributes.
  • This role requires developing manufacturing & business strategies, accelerating launch of new products, and maintaining portfolio supply chain health while optimizing portfolio maintenance.

Key Requirements
