Job Summary

  • The HSE Supervisor will lead a team of HSE specialist tasked with the implementation and maintenance of company-wide strategies and processes necessary to manage a broad spectrum of increasing regulatory and enforcement activities.
  • Lead and manage a team of HSE Specialists in assigned operating area, providing guidance, training and feedback as necessary.
  • Work safely with machinery and equipment, including exposure to hazardous chemicals and hydrocarbons, and ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of five (5) or more years of related HSE experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state HSE regulations
  • Ability to pass a respiratory fit test
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
  • Prior Leadership experience
  • E&P and multi-site HSE compliance support experience
