  • Proficient in Gap and Maturity Assessments, Target Operating Model (TOM) Design, and Process Improvements
  • Skilled in Roadmap Definition and Execution
  • Strong capabilities in Project and Program Management
  • Advanced competency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, and Confluence
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, including Visio (UML)
  • Experience in SQL, NoSQL, REST APIs, Python, and JavaScript (React, Node)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and visualization using Power BI (m-code/DAX) or Tableau
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French AND English
