  • A large part of their role is interacting with key senior leadership at the company, advising on their talent needs, market trends and insights, status updates on active projects as well as supporting them throughout the process and enabling them to make the best hiring decisions.
  • The senior executive recruiter proactively captures and communicates market trends, industry information, or other applicable intelligence to executive management in support of overarching talent sourcing strategy.
