Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Biospecimen Core Manager and the Clinical Trials Director, this position will assist in the Biospecimen Core Unit and serve as a research assistant for the non-therapeutic biospecimen studies for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Responsibilities include screening and identifying eligible patients, coordination of patient follow-up per protocol timepoints, clinical data entry, appropriate processing, aliquoting, and storing of specimens.
The role also involves preparation and maintenance of commonly used reagents and stock solutions, and other clinical research and laboratory duties as assigned.
