Job Summary

  • Under the direct supervision of the Biospecimen Core Manager and the Clinical Trials Director, this position will assist in the Biospecimen Core Unit and serve as a research assistant for the non-therapeutic biospecimen studies for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Responsibilities include screening and identifying eligible patients, coordination of patient follow-up per protocol timepoints, clinical data entry, appropriate processing, aliquoting, and storing of specimens.
  • The role also involves preparation and maintenance of commonly used reagents and stock solutions, and other clinical research and laboratory duties as assigned.
