Job Summary
This position is responsible for facilitating interdisciplinary, collaborative performance improvement activities throughout the organization.
Provides PI consultation, facilitation and data support to clinical CQI teams and non-clinical, operational teams.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree
3 years’ experience in Utilization Review/Case Management or Quality Improvement
Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement theory
Working knowledge of computer operations
R.N. required
3 years' experience in Quality and/or Data Abstraction
