Must-have
3-5 years HSSE coordination experience
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
First Aid and CPR certification
Proficiency in CMMS systems for incident tracking
Knowledge of Indian environmental and safety regulations
Nice-to-have
NEBOSH or IOSH professional safety certification
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification
Experience with multinational corporate HSSE programs
Facilities management or corporate real estate background
Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting
