Job Summary

• The Academic Program Service Specialist supports the full life cycle of the Young Writers Workshop, from planning through follow-up, collaborating with faculty and staff to coordinate HR requirements and refine program structure.
• This role engages community partners to promote applications, assists with website updates, oversees inventory, evaluates student submissions, and manages communications for acceptances and waitlists.
• During the workshop, the specialist is on-site daily, serving as the primary point of contact for students and families, preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and supporting activities.
