Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Tennessee State License required
  • Master's degree in AGACNP or ACNP
  • 3+ years APP experience in ICU
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Clinical practice in CVICU setting

  • Experience across multiple ICU settings
  • Strong interest in scholarly activities
  • Proven expertise in operational optimization

Key Requirements

  • Tennessee Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
  • Master's Degree in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP
  • Minimum 3 years as an APP in ICU
  • At least 2 years of team management experience
  • CVICU background strongly preferred
