COTS, GOTS, and FOSS component integration
System Engineering Plan (SEP) development
RMF compliance and STIG implementation support
Site reliability engineering practices
API definition and technical standard documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAFe Agile frameworks
Zero Trust infrastructure pattern implementation
Infrastructure-as-Code automation expertise
AI/ML model serving and integration experience
NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environment knowledge
DevSecOps factory function experience

Key Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly preferred
