Salary
Base: $170,000 - $320,000 annually (US); California: $221,000 - $320,000; Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)

6+ years leading high-performing teams
Experience in consumer or creator technology
Deep understanding of image editing workflows
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
