Job Summary
This role bridges the gap between HR functional teams—such as Centers of Excellence (COEs)—and Workday capabilities, driving optimization, innovation, and efficiency across our global HR systems landscape.
Act as a strategic advisor to People & Places COEs, helping them identify opportunities to improve their existing use of Workday to better support business objectives.
Lead and drive Workday R1 &R2 Release management for the People Data and Systems team and work closely with IT teams to evaluate overall impact of new features, enhancements and retired/deprecated features.
