Job Summary

  • This role bridges the gap between HR functional teams—such as Centers of Excellence (COEs)—and Workday capabilities, driving optimization, innovation, and efficiency across our global HR systems landscape.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to People & Places COEs, helping them identify opportunities to improve their existing use of Workday to better support business objectives.
  • Lead and drive Workday R1 &R2 Release management for the People Data and Systems team and work closely with IT teams to evaluate overall impact of new features, enhancements and retired/deprecated features.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Workday certification(s) in one or more modules
  • Experience supporting Workday releases
