Alhambrapa is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) to provide essential nursing care and services to residents as per their care plans. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 10th-grade education and be a licensed CNA, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and maintaining residents' dryness.
