Job Summary
The Senior Director, Global Services – ASEAN & India is a key member of the APAC Global Services leadership team, responsible for driving services growth, delivery excellence, and customer success across the region.
This leader oversees a combined organization of Services Sales (Services Executives) and Engagement Management, with end-to-end accountability across services go-to-market (GTM), bookings, portfolio delivery, and customer outcomes.
The role requires close partnership with Sales, Customer Experience teams, Product, and Partner ecosystem teams to accelerate new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across all engagements.
