Job Summary
The Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program offers 12 months of dynamic rotations with in-depth training across CTA, SM, and LTM roles, supported by mentorship and leadership development.
Global Trial Associates will gain knowledge of pharmaceutical development, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and logistical tasks related to clinical trial management.
Upon successful completion, GTAs will be placed in Site Manager or Local Trial Manager roles based on business needs and skill sets.
