Job Summary

  • The Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program offers 12 months of dynamic rotations with in-depth training across CTA, SM, and LTM roles, supported by mentorship and leadership development.
  • Global Trial Associates will gain knowledge of pharmaceutical development, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and logistical tasks related to clinical trial management.
  • Upon successful completion, GTAs will be placed in Site Manager or Local Trial Manager roles based on business needs and skill sets.
