The New Jersey Defense Association is seeking a PL Customer Care Associate I for their Treasury-Receivables & Collections department. This fully remote position involves assisting customers with billing and payment inquiries while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in handling account transactions

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for resolving billing, invoice and payment-related inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Associate will also handle commercial lines accounts as needed.
