Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current Montana RN Licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification within 4 months
  • 1 year behavioral health nursing experience
  • Ability to work variable shifts and on-call availability

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Experience with modified primary nursing model
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity in problem analysis and decision making

Key Requirements

  • Current Montana Registered Nurse License
