Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
4-5 years FP&A experience
High proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Hyperion, BI, or OneStream tools
Strong variance analysis and budgeting skills
Nice-to-have
Global manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work in dynamic cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Regal Rexnord accounting policies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
4-5 years of FP&A experience
Proficiency in consolidation and reporting tools like Hyperion or OneStream
