Job Summary
Involved in the full procurement cycle, including strategy development, proposal evaluations, awards, and administration including close-out of subcontracts.
Conducts timely and proactive post-award administration of subcontracts, which may include travel for on-site administration and monitoring subcontractor performance.
Maintains complete and current files documenting all actions and correspondence affecting administration of assigned subcontracts and acquires releases for final close-out.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience OR HS Diploma and 10 years of experience
Proficiency in negotiations, commercial law, and administration
Experience with Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Cost Reimbursable contracts
Experience with engineering designed packages
Knowledge of purchasing principles and federal regulations (FARs, DFARs)
