Job Summary

  • Manage the Cross Technology & Business Enablement (T&BE) Services Change and Engagement team, providing senior leadership across strategic initiatives, events, and engagement programs for Technology and Business Enablement.
  • Partner closely with Technology Leadership, HR, ESPA, and other enterprise stakeholders to translate Technology strategy into clear execution, drive colleague engagement, and enable consistent, high-quality delivery across T&BE.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a global team of five direct reports, fostering a high-performance and inclusive environment with a focus on performance and fast-paced execution.
