We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms!

Key Requirements
Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus
Proficient in Nethealth and Point Click Care a plus
