The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information and promptly reporting any suspected violations or incidents.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in regular nursing personnel meetings.
