  • The Community Director will be responsible for fostering inclusive communities within their assigned residence hall for 350-750 residents, directly supervising resident assistants, supporting Resident Head and Resident Dean programming, and contributing to the overall mission of Housing & Residence Life.
  • Responsibilities include community development, advising and student success, crisis management, supervision, student conduct, operations, student care, collaboration with Resident Deans and Heads, and administrative duties.
  • The role requires functioning in a 24-hour on-call environment, with routine evening and weekend work, and requires living full-time in a residence hall.
