Job Summary
This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance, Customer Service, and Digital to ensure SAP enabled processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Operations and Logistics and working with the broader digital organization to evolve digital capabilities that support end-to-end operational processes across Carrier, North America.

Salary
Base: $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: short-term cash incentives; Benefits: Health Care, Retirement, Time off, Disability, Life Insurance

experience in large, matrixed organizations
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC
3+ years of demonstrated experience working with logistics, operations, and/or supply chain teams
