** Gateway Post Acute is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director responsible for coordinating and managing the facility's marketing and public relations programs. The ideal candidate should have a background in healthcare marketing or public relations, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of developing strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement. **

Job Summary

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.
  • Prepare a departmental operating budget for approval by the Administrator and allocate the resources to carry out programs and activities of the facility.
