Key Requirements

  • Licensed pharmacist or eligible for reciprocity
  • EPIC certification as required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • 5 years pharmacy information systems experience or 3 years plus PGY1 and PGY2 residencies
  • Experience in training or preceptor roles
  • No relocation or visa sponsorship
  • Remote work restricted to specified US states
