Job Summary
Integrate and compile complex data to provide a cohesive, high-level business management overview for both the Airframe Centre and Component Domain levels.
Develop and operate robust Performance Systems and governance frameworks to monitor key KPIs and drive continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
Drive the transition from legacy systems to new Engineering Business Management tools, supporting the roll-out and ensuring full team adoption of new digital workflows.
