Base: $20 per hour; Shift Differential: 15%; Benefits: Comprehensive package with immediate eligibility
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1 year Integer related work experience
2-4 years light assembly experience
Ability to read detailed instructions
Follow written procedures for production
Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Nice-to-have
Medical device industry experience preferred
Blueprint reading capability
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
IPC soldering standards certification
Team collaboration on process improvement
Key Requirements
