Job Summary
This role serves as the enterprise-level owner of all Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes during a major SAP S/4HANA transformation at Tarkett Sports.
The position requires acting as a bridge between Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and SAP consultants to ensure global template adoption and best practices.
Candidates will lead critical activities including data cleansing, UAT execution, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization across North American facilities.

Must-have
SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
Manufacturing and supply chain process ownership
End-to-end process mapping and standardization
UAT planning and execution leadership
Cross-functional stakeholder management
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma or APICS certifications
MES or advanced planning tool experience
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and innovation drive
Experience with multi-plant global environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
7+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations
Hands-on SAP experience (PP, MM, QM, WM/EWM) with S/4HANA preference
Proven leadership in large-scale ERP digital transformation initiatives
Ability to travel 25-50% within the United States and Canada
