Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
3 years healthcare customer service experience
Emergency Department registration experience preferred
Proficient with EPIC or Cerner EHR systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of managed care plans
Experience with Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaire
Meticulous attention to detail
