Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering OR equivalent technical experience
  • At least 10 years in chemical, petrochemical, or regulated process manufacturing
  • 5+ years leading engineering/reliability or cross-functional technical teams
  • Proven track record delivering CAPEX and reliability improvements
  • Experience with PSM/RMP and MI programs
  • Strong knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RBI, SIS/SIF, and predictive maintenance technologies
  • Proficiency with CMMS/EAM
  • Familiarity with codes/standards: API, ASME, NFPA, NEC, ISA/IEC 61511, ASTM
