Must-have
Ph.D. in computational or biological sciences
Less than 2 years post-degree experience
Proficiency in PyTorch and RDKit libraries
Experience with RFDiffusion and ProteinMPNN
Strong Python programming skills
GPU-accelerated workflow experience
Nice-to-have
Prior antibody design experience
Familiarity with reinforcement learning techniques
Experience fine-tuning foundation models
Knowledge of molecular dynamics simulations
Cloud deployment experience on AWS or GCP
MLOps practices including Docker and Kubernetes
Key Requirements
Ph.D. degree required
