Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide therapeutic drama experiences to the residents of JIRDC in group and individual settings to support emotional, social, communication, physical, behavioral, and aesthetic needs of the individuals served.
The CEAS will provide resident participants opportunities to express self through creative experiences, thus enhancing quality of life.
The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center in Morganton, North Carolina is an ICF certified facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human services or creative/expressive arts
Associate's degree in human services with practicum/internship
High school diploma and four years of experience
