Develops and oversees a comprehensive workplace violence prevention framework; manages threat assessment processes; partners closely with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and leadership.
The leader in this role will bring strong expertise in behavioral threat assessment, crisis management, and employee safety.

Key Requirements
University Degree and minimum 8 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
5–8+ years of experience in workplace violence prevention, corporate security, behavioral threat assessment, law enforcement, or related domain
