  • Develops and oversees a comprehensive workplace violence prevention framework; manages threat assessment processes; partners closely with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and leadership.
  • The leader in this role will bring strong expertise in behavioral threat assessment, crisis management, and employee safety.

Key Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 8 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • 5–8+ years of experience in workplace violence prevention, corporate security, behavioral threat assessment, law enforcement, or related domain
  • Demonstrated experience conducting threat assessments
  • Professional certifications strongly preferred (e.g., ATAP, CTM, Certified Threat Manager, CPP, PCI)
  • Ability to travel 25%, must have a passport
