Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4-8 years mechanical HVAC design experience
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP software
Experience with hydronic piping systems
Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards
Ability to perform clash detection in Navisworks
Nice-to-have
Experience in cleanroom and controlled environments
Exposure to process utility systems
Familiarity with US and international project standards
Background in semiconductor or pharmaceutical industries
Strong coordination and communication skills
