Job Summary

  • This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless employee experience by ensuring accurate onboarding, employee lifecycle management, document administration, and data integrity across the Americas region.
  • You will prepare and manage employee agreements via DocuSign, monitor and respond to employee inquiries through the HR shared inbox, and process immigration-related invoices accurately and on time.
