Base: $190,000 - $235,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive compensation opportunity up to $317,250 total compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage and other wellness programs

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years consulting/performance improvement healthcare experience in Pharmacy
• Experience leading hospital operations or pharmacy consulting projects
• Direct Supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
