Must-have
3+ years software engineering or systems architecture experience
Proven experience designing AI evaluation infrastructure
Ability to read code and participate in technical design reviews
Experience leading cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering orgs
Track record of rescuing stalled projects in high-pressure environments
Nice-to-have
Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance
Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or autonomous agent workflows
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2+ years working with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies
Familiarity with Linear project management framework
Key Requirements
3+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical program management
Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance (Preferred)
