Job Summary

  • Serves as an Executive Assistant within the College of Engineering (CoE), Dean’s Suite and provides administrative support to assigned senior staff member(s) by managing calendar and events, scheduling appointments, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and prioritizing commitments.
  • Coordinates complex meetings and events for faculty and staff to include organizing agenda, ordering food, securing adequate location, etc.; manages project activities, deliverable times, and provides follow-up as needed.
  • Conveys and manages highly sensitive information while maintaining the utmost confidentiality; provides administrative support to other senior staff members within the Dean's Suite as needed.
