Job Summary
The Production Assistant is responsible for learning Computer Graphics and Audio for the purposes of filling in on either position.
Trains on, and is able to competently run, the Xpression graphics program, as well as production audio, during live news broadcasts.
The Production Assistant must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, reach, climb, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work in close proximity to others, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
