Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our logistics and shipping team. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of shipments, handling inquiries, resolving issues, billing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be doing telemarketing and email marketing as part of the scope. Job Description: •Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding shipping and logistics inquiries. •Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, dispatch, operations) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. •Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients. •Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. •Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations as needed. •Raise shipments invoices upon completion for all customers. •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. •Communicate with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers. •Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. •Ensure compliance with logistics industry regulations and company policies. •Email and Telemarketing to customers and overseas agents Job Requirements: Years of Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
